Our crew is kinda young, but it would be good if it were well organized.

First of all I think we should :

1. Make a cool logo for our team

2. Make every real crew member join this site

3. Make crew ranking and teams of 4 people

4. Judge members acording to their abbilities so for crew battles we could select the best members for competition

5. Make this site look better

6. Make some screenshots from game

First of all these are all just sugestions and they need aproval of master (ponny). If you think something more should be done write it down hiere

lol I know I know. But it would be great if we would be the best crew ever. Also other crews already doing it like Hellsing or Portugal and they get better and better. Our crew for now is just a name, we don't know moust of ppl in our own crew, also we don't know who's specialist in certain games. We dont train eatch other and so on. It would be good if we would fix that

Not realy. First of all I'm not well known so ppl would simply ignore me, also I'm not good in talks. If it comes to game I'm rather weak player who is a little bit good in team battle.

For now it would be the best if we would form 2 or 3 teams.

1. King team - 4 moust active players with highest skills. Team Leader - ponny (cuz she's CM)

2. Queen team - 2 or more players. Ppl from this team will learn leader skills to create and menage new created teams. Team Leader -  CO-CM or other high ranked person who menadge members (might be CM as well but later on it might turn to be troublesome)

3.  Rook team - 2 or more players (up to 4). First team that will actualy be a insdie team. They will self-study and improve themselfs

If we create these team we will be able to improve of skills, relationship and menagment.

Also we can race against our own teams to improve or skills and pick up the best 4 for king team (who later on will be moustly used in crew fights)

Also it would be good if we would make clear who's who bc for now we only know our leader.

1. Leader                  - punny

2. Co-Leader            - sweetlovely_girl (tho I think it should be changed)

3. Chief of Staff         - ???  (someone who'll menadge members)

4. Speed specialist  - ??? (the fastest person in crew)

5. Fight specialist     - ??? (the best fighter in crew)

1.  4th and 5th team is pointless since they are bye-bye members

2. It would be good if you would change buletin in game and main site to smth like this:
